We speak with Walker Aderhold who is a cook at The Grey Eagle Taqueria in Asheville, NC. He speaks about his experience through Covid-19 and being laid off at this time. He also talks about one of his passions which is trail running and races and how those races might look in the future. We also speak about cannabis legalization and how that could be an unexpected boon to the economy. Lastly Walker speaks about his son who is in addiction recovery and what that experience has been like since the pandemic began.
