Bryan is also the co-host of the Meat Speak podcast with Meat Scientist Diana Clark and Chef Tony Biggs, Certified Angus Beef ® brand director of culinary arts, and the trio have "carnivorous conversations, food trends, cooking advice from influential chefs, a bit of science, and a few facts about your favorite cuts of beef." Pre-COVID, Bryan traveled the world eating at renowned restaurants, attending food and drink festivals (including the prestigious James Beard awards), and pretty much living the meat dream. Bryan and Shawndra also were also buddies during their years at Ashland University in northern Ohio, where Bryan played college soccer and Shawndra played college volleyball.
